• Submit an email request for a stellar object along with all of the information you would like to be displayed:
  

• Size of the star (Regular - $20, Large - $50, X-Large - $100, Twinkling - $200)
• Star Name
• Your Organisation Name
• Link to your organisation's website
• Description of your Organisation/Individual

• Email Address where you would like to be contacted (if it differs from the sending address)

• Pay for the stellar object once you receive an authorisation email from BuyMeToTheStars.com

Once you have submitted a request for a stellar object, I will check over the information to make sure it abides by the Terms & Conditions. If your content is authorised I will email you a link which will take you to my PayPal page. You can then transfer the funds via Credit or Debit Card or another PayPal account. Once the funds have been received and have cleared I will place your stellar object on the website within 24-48 hours.

This system protects both you and I. If your stellar object request is denied then you have lost nothing and will have the chance to resubmit. I will also not have to pay transfer fees for refunding you!

Site Conditions

• This site and it's homepage will be online for at least 1 year from the launch date (21/11/2006) (excluding some minor interruptions for maintenance/downtime etc).
• There will be no refund if you purchase a stellar object and it is accepted and published on the homepage. In particular if you want your stellar object removed then there will be no refund and the space will become publically available again.
• When you purchase a stellar object you do not own any part of the website - instead you are given the ability to attach a stellar object name, individual or company name and description to a graphic which I will design and place on the Star Chart.
• I reserve the right to choose what will be placed on the site!
• The site may be down for occassional maintenance but I will try to keep this time to a minimum.
• After your funds have cleared and have been received then I will endeavour to bring your stellar object to the Star Chart within 24 - 48 hours. If this site does become popular then it may take a bit longer if I have a lot of other orders...please be patient!

Purchasing Information

• The minimum purchase is one star - $20.
• The maximum purchase is negotiable...get in touch !
• Funds must be fully cleared and received in my PayPal account before your stellar object appears on the Star Chart.

Content Conditions

•  Any adult/offensive/obscene names/descriptions/links will be rejected.
• If you later change an original name/description/link to one involving any adult/offensive/obscene content then I will remove the stellar object and no refund will be given - you will however be given the option to change the content but no refund will be provided for the downtime while the content is being changed.
• If your link is initially rejected then you will be offered the chance to change your name/description/link and resubmit.
• Stellar object information cannot be changed once you have submitted so make sure it is correct first time. If you have a strong reason for the need to change, e.g. link spelling mistake or site structural change then it is possible to modify the information.
• Links to the web pages must begin with the Hyper Text Transfer Protocol "http://", i.e. no FTP or UseNet sites are allowed.
• You must have the authority to authorise the content for the website you are submitting. I will not be held responsible for any downtime or abuse caused by a stellar object linking to your submitted website.
